A pamper party is a great way to get a group of people together.
You can organise a pamper party for any special occasion like a baby shower, a hens party, a birthday celebration or simply a get together.
A pamper party is the perfect way to catch up with girlfriends while being pampered and looked after.
A well organised pamper party is the secret to a successful party that is why we ask you to organise it well in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
A pamper party can be organised for 2 people and more.
When you have decided on the date you can contact us to make sure your date is still available.
When you contact us we will ask you the number of people that will be getting treatments and the location of your party.
After the first contact we will send you an email with a few details to fill. You will have to send back the forms with the treatments chosen. Please inform us at that stage if someone is pregnant, has any allergies or sensitivity.

Book and pay for your pamper party
Booking:
When you decide to go ahead with your pamper party booking, we will ask you to make a deposit to secure your date.
The deposit amount will be notified in the email sent to your address. That deposit is not refundable or transferable and can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
The remaining amount can be paid prior the date by bank transfer or EFT/CC or by cash on the day.
If paid by cash on the day, we ask you to make sure that the total amount due is ready before the party starts.
We kindly ask our clients to pay for the number of packages, people or treatments booked for prior the party. Body Bound can't take the responsibility for no-shows and the full amount will be required to be paid.
Any cancellation must be notified at least 72hours before the date or no refund will be made.
It will be possible for your guests to ask for extra treatments during the party as long as the time allows us to do so.
Parking expenses and conditions:
We always try to find free off street parking but are not always lucky.
If there are any parking expenses involved at your location, we will ask you to cover them.
Please try your best to accommodate us with parking if possible.
Being a mobile business we often carry heavy equipment and it is not possible for us to park away from a location.
Timing:
We are commited to start your party on time. Our set up time starts 20min prior the party to make sure that everything is going to run smoothly.
Unfortunately for timing purposes we can't be late on a schedule. If your guests are late we have to adapt the treatment to the time left on their allocated time.

Why deposits are non refundable or transferable? Some of the main reasons are:
therapists commit to your party and don't have the possibility to undertake other jobs

A pamper party can last for 2 to 3 hours depending on the number of guests and treatments.
When we know the number of people and the treatments you chose, we organise the number of therapists who will be there on the day. Please send us your list of treatments early enough for us to oragnise all the quipment necessary for a smooth run on the day.
Some of our therapists are massage therapists or nail artists only and specialised in their field to provide a better treatment.
In the case of parties with specialized therapists, treatments changes will only happen if possible. We want to give you the best experience from our highly skilled therapists.
Your therapist(s) will arrive to your location about 15 minutes early to set up.
Before undertaking any treatment, each guest receiving a treatment will have to sign the consent form.
Our therapists will need enough space to work around their massage table or other piece of equipment.
We will also ask you to use a point of water if necessary to some of our treatments.
Pamper parties are a great way to indulge and relax and we are committed to provide high quality treatments.
In any case one of the Body Bound therapists will accept a disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour.
In case of such a situation the therapist will be leaving your premises and no refund will be involved.
